Quiet marina the night and morning we stayed there. We paid CAN$28 for the night. Its basically a parking lot behind museum where there are no hookups but the very clean bathroom with toilets and showers is huge - ~10 showers and ~10toilet stalls! They also had laundry room though we didn't need to use it. Heads up, if you arrive late, you might not get the code to the bathroom and laundry room. so be sure to call the museum during their business hours to give them a heads up your coming and they probably will give you the code like they did for us. Also, if you have any questions once museum is closed, see if there's an attendant at the marina - he was super helpful too. Summary: this is just a safe place to park your vehicle to sleep for the night with nice toilets, showers, laundry, and spigot (no electricity) BUT so quiet and beautiful views of the bay! 👍👍
Report Check-InArrived later in the evening, initially parked out on the breakwater but was behind a gate which I was worried might get locked overnight and the breakwater was also very exposed to the wind.
Moved to the museum car park at the far end near a volley ball court and cedar hedge. (https://w3w.co/disinfect.hips.spying).
Very quiet night, no bother in a reasonably well lit paved car park. (Grass / darker / stealth space behind the hedge).
Did not see any signs regarding camping fees or restrictions.
Left by 7am.
Report Check-In$25 la nuit. Nous ne sommes pas restés. Allé à l’hôtel de ville plutôt.
Report Check-InParking authorized by the water, in the gravel parking lot behind the paved parking lot of the marina. Quit, fishermans might come and go. Employee confirmed.
Stationnement près de l’eau dans stationnement de gravier derrière stat. Asphalte de la Marina. Pêcheurs vont et viennent. Tranquille.
I don’t see any hookups for electric or water . We are parked behind the museum . Have a water-marina view Free. No toilets. The marina appears to be undergoing renovation . No fees, we were encouraged by a local cyclist to come here.perhaps this all will change.
