Dispersed camping in Ottawa National Forest near Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. easy to get here on smooth gravel road. okay for tents and small campers. not great for big rigs here. the road goes for 6 more miles and I imagine there are more spots there too.

One of two spots still open on this road unless you choose the one of the overgrown closed roads. Super unlevel. Backed in our 19ft travel trailer no problem. Road coming in is super smooth.
Report Check-InThere is one decent campsite here that can fit a van. Remaining “sites” up service road are overgrown pullouts. Road is blocked off a ways in.
Report Check-Inlocation is correct there is a small campsite here. back sure to back into it so u don't have to try and turn around cause it's not very big. 5-20-2023 LOTS of nats
Report Check-InOttawa National Forest dispersed camping. There was already people in the gps coordinates above but i kept going and found a few other spots to park for the night. Quiet, shaded and beautiful fall colors
Report Check-InA little unlevel, slightly overgrown, and somewhat of a tight fit for a van. But really the only thing available in the entire area.
Report Check-InA bit overgrown and mosquitos were insane. Ok for a quick sleep, but I would avoid leaving your vehicle at this time of year.
