This is a photographic viewpoint and directly at the little mud volcanoe field, with dozens of little spouting waterholes. The way up is pretty easy, but do not forget to get a permit for this location in Dedopliszqaro (Visitor Center).
A few meters away there's also a little picnic area, where you can easily camp (for small rigs). Over the whole day a few overlanders or tourists came along, but overall it was a very quite place.

Still unauthorized bivouac, visit at 9:30 p.m. from the border police, very nice, which despite our permits accompanied us to the dam.
Report Check-InCurrently not recommended for overnight stays! Border police came at 11pm and told us that we are not allowed to overnight here because it‘s in the border zone. We had to leave the spot. We recommend to overnight near the Dali Mta Reservoir. Maybe this is a temporary restriction...
