Description

Park & Ride Lot. Extremely brightly lit with no dark corners & no “edges” to back into. According to MassDOT website, it is fine to park overnight in these lots. They are clear they assume no liability at all. I checked out a few lots & at least one had people living there in their vehicles. I chose a spot at the end of this lot away from other cars. Next time I would arrive earlier & pick a spot closer in between 2 cars. From about 8-10 pm several young men in loud pickups screeched in & parked right near me (end of lot) & had multiple vehicles coming & going during that time. They were not noisy once they parked, I’ll give them that. But they pulled in before I had a chance to make my car look unoccupied, but after I had moved everything to the front seat. I put up my window covers & kept a low profile. It was uncomfortable, but they did not bother me. Once they left, it was a little noisy due to the highway, but I slept well. No amenities at all except the great relief that I was sleeping somewhere legal in this area where that is hard to find (for free anyway.) I had 2 bars on T-Mobile. One van near me in lot but all other cars looked like they were here for the park & ride. This lot also seemed to be a meetup lot early in the am, so cars started coming & going about 6:30.

Still fine, similar deal with all of the park and rides around MA and NH. Please keep them quiet and clean!
