Amazing spot along the river. Place for 1 big rig. Fire pit. Beautiful sunset

Report Check-In

I made the mistake of thinking there was more of a park farther up the gravel road. Wrong. Site is actually right as you turn off the road by the bridge and is quite pleasant.

Report Check-In

Very nice and quite spot for sleeping. Has a fire pit and if sunny you will have a nice sunrise over the river. The tree in the pictures is not useable anymore because it sunk in the river.

Actually several different spots here, the one mentioned was occupied, so we pulled into a separate small path right by the bridge and slept the night. A couple other vans were just parked in the turnoff so even if you don't get the main spot, it's still a good place to overnight. It is close to the road, but the noise wasn't too bad and the mosquitoes weren't nearly as bad as expected.

fire pit spot was taken, but found a spot right off the road by the bridge. no problems.

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot by the river with a fire pit. The tree the rope swing was on has fallen in the river, in case anyone cares. Beware of mosquitoes! Only space for 1 car or RV, or 2-3 small cars if in a group.

A nice site. Nice walking on the dirt roads and trail bed. Swimming is nice but the bank has eroded and the tree that held the swing rope has fallen into the river. Highway is close but traffic lightened up overnight.
