Pull off just before the Spanish and Cherry Creek trailheads of the Lee Metcalf Wilderness.

This a Free USFS campground with a 16 day stay limit. 1/2 of the campgrounds are for general 1/2 is dedicated to horses ( there are corrals) and horse trailers. There is also ample parking for day use. This is a popular spot, as there are numerous easy day hikes so it see a bit of traffic.
Report Check-InNot sure why this is labeled "bear creek", both on maps and as a local who's been there lots this whole area is the Spanish Creek parking and trailhead. Not sure if overnight camping is allowed in the main parking lots, but there are some pull outs just before the trailhead area.
Report Check-Ingariner area dispersed camping. road pull offs all the way up to bear creek. there's also a big parking lot up a little further.
