on the lakeshore rd you will see 3 spots on the left where you could park for the night, but if you go all the way to the end you will find a nicer spot, a more flat ground and space for more than one car (also an easy spot to turn around). I came with a van and i am not sure I would come with a bigger rig. Cel phone coverage was good too, i managed to work from it without problem.

Beautiful spot along the marshy Oak Lake; signs posted on the road in note that it’s a bird airport. Took longer to reach than expected due to the ride in being about 25km of gravel road (heading westward from Winnipeg), and the last 5km in when travelling down Lakeshore Road are quite bumpy, I went about 10km/hr while my E250 shook and lurched. A bit unnerving, thankfully 3 good turnaround points on the road, and decent space at the very end. Would bring nothing bigger than a van down here. An orchestra of bird songs and small wildlife calls are the reward. Currently pretty stinky air due to huge algae bloom.

Report Check-InNice spot, amazing view of the sunset here. This spot is fairly busy as locals come to fish here and walk their dogs. Very friendly locals. Stayed one night with no issues.
Narrow road with room for one car to pass at a time. The first spot on this road leads to what looked like a further trail, didn't want to block it. The second spot is decent, big enough for one car and this last spot is very spacious, can park a good distance away from where locals go fishing to be out of the way.
Got about 1-2 bars of Telus LTE signal.
