Had the entire side of the reservoir to ourselves for two nights, likely 300+ acres to roam. Beautiful camp spot right by the water with a fire pit. No one drove by while we were here. 14-day camping limit and free. Several spots along all reservoirs in the Grand Mesa. This spot was by far the largest plot to play on. Amazing mountain bike trails near by. Also great hiking trails you can walk to from this spot. Peaceful and quiet.

Mostly flat, pretty large, open site with a makeshift fire pit. Was a bit muddy and bumpy on the road to the site (closer to 105).
Looks like someone put a little "easter egg" stuffed animal a bit into the woods, hah
