Awesome campground! Huge area with alot of space for campers. Easy access. There’s a drop toilet in the middle that is closed for the season currently. We were surprised to have the whole campground to ourselves last night. 1-2 bars Verizon. Free. Only a few minutes from Silverton. Take care of it!

A big gravelly area next to creek. Very easy for any size rig, zero privacy. A good place to crash for the night.

Free dispersed camping in this area. River nearby. Found a nice flat spot for our van.Pit toilet was closed, so we left.

This site has the BEST vibes. I rolled in after dark, and am just now waking up to the beautiful chirping of the birds, the soft morning light, and the crisp mountain air. Lots of people, but last night everyone got quiet by 10:30 or 11 pm. Great cell service, bathroom is pretty clean, and it’s free!

I absolutely love this campground. I absolutely hate the jerks that run their generator at 5 a.m.

Good boon docking spot. Free and level by the river. ATT cell service 1 bar.

Tranquil and beautiful on a snowy full moon night. one other vehicle with a campfire, almost no highway traffic. Would recommend winter tires, although the access road is plowed and there were enough tracks to follow in a RWD van

We absolutely love this camping area. BUT, be prepared for generators to be running day and night. The constant noise really sucks. We have a great solar set up and thankfully don't need one. ✌

Better than most free NF campgrounds. Even though the pit toilet was still closed for the season the place was half full. Quiet, shady and right on the river.

Nice campground but close to a road, doesn’t bother much after 6pm or so. Dog friendly and close access to a stream. Beautiful views
