Nice wild camping spot by the Kaslo River at the end of a dead end. Drive past it on the mossy tracks. Close to highway but quiet. Firepit. No cell coverage. Some houses couple hundreds meters away. Please keep clean!
Update 2022, see comment below. Not as described above (maybe someone can find the actual coordinates for that spot). There is cellphone coverage.

These coordinates do not lead to the spot described. However, this is a Forrest service road. We stayed at a small pullout just past the coordinates. Many trails for hiking, mountain biking and quadding in the area. Had no problem for one night, wouldn't recommend staying here longer though.
Report Check-InWent to the spot that was on the map and it seems to lead to an opening right by the airport runway, definitely felt a little wrong being so close to the runway, at the bend of the road was a little clearing of land, sleeping there instead.
