Not a formal Rec site but nothing here preventing you camping. No demarcated sites but plenty of room to set up either in the forest or on the beach. Very quiet and great views. We had no trouble moving our 22 ft C Class on the beach with no 4wd.

Rough gravel road to get here, but an amazingly nice and quiet place right by the lake.
Report Check-InWhat a great place!! Absolutely loved our two nights here. Complete silence at night, entire area to ourselves. Beautiful rock beach and the ability to park the van feet from the waters edge. Room for multiple people.
Report Check-InWhat a great site! Lots of space by the lake. I can imagine how nice this would be in the summer ... oh wait... (this is July). Raining, raining, raining
Report Check-InStayed here for a night after a lovely arvo stuffing my face w food in port alice, proved a nice spot to get my car sorted after a busy few days hiking up in cape scott - everything was everywhere
Report Check-InGreat spot on the lake. Forestry road slow going in places due to rough gravel repair. Forest has been cleared allowing access for several large vehicles. Lots of turn around space. Room on the rock beach for several cars/rvs
