Simple RV and tenting park on the shores of Wabigoon Lake. Stopped here because HWY 17 was closed all day due to a collision. The couple that operate the park are nice. Facilities (shower and toilet) are quite old and dated, but clean enough. Paid $25 cash for a tent site for our campervan (no site services), which provided a great view of the lake. Sign in bathroom says sink water must be boiled before drinking - not sure about RV spot water hookups (we brought our own water). A great hiking trail across the parking lot - it’s not quite 2 miles, is flat and goes through forest and marsh areas in a big loop. That was an enjoyable find. This park is nothing special, but certainly better than spending even more hours sitting in traffic on a closed freeway! I’d stay here again.

Pretty much in the years this RV park is managed by a friendly owner. Dumping only through pipings, fresh water is from the lake. Needs to be filtered, my filter system couldn‘t manage it, water has quite some dirt.
Quiet, good for a night but given the overall conditions with 43$ simple too expensive
Wonderful place by the water. Simple campground and nice folks. For $30 with a shower it was great to wake up to the sun and birds.
Report Check-InNice and welcoming couple of owners. Office open until 9pm during summer. Washrooms and showers are old but very clean. Great grassy area facing Wabigoon lake for up to 5-6 tents/camper vans (30$) + gravel Rv park +marina. Next to the boat launch. A bit noisy until 11pm (Friday night). A lot of mosquitoes at sunset, we had to eat in the car. Overall a very pleasant stay for a reasonable price
