Something not right?

Description

BLM land surrounding Great Basin NP. You can camp anywhere you like, right off the highway. Relatively quiet not much traffic noise. Lakes level was very low but was able to camp right on the lake. Was the only one in the entire area

WARNING! GOOGLE MAPS TAKES YOU TO THE WRONG GRAVEL ROAD THAT BECOMES A 6 FOOT WIDE ATV TRAIL.

lake front property! we were one of two vans camped there and there was plenty of space between the two sites. i would say if it was busier, you could easily fit a few vans within each clearing. a truly quiet and peaceful spot, but fair warning— the amount of bugs was excessive.

I meant to update some photos for 2023. We chose the spot to the left of the road with the back of the van to the lake.

At this particular turn off there are only a couple of spots. Larger rigs can fit in first spot. Very little traffic off main road so it made for a quiet night. Mosquitoes got bad at dusk. Not a bad spot for a night.

Very nive. No one is here. Plenty of space for big rigs. It is very windy and lake is brown. Other than that it is gorgeous.

Completely alone, plenty of flat gravel. Four cars went by all night. Ducks are quacking, beautiful sunset and sunrise.

Stayed here for a night on the way to Utah. There are a number of spots to camp here; we camped above the north shore of the lake, in a large flat area just off UT-21 north of the GPS coordinates for this location. Great views across the lake and of Great Basin NP. If the wind is from the south it can be breezy. Despite proximity to the road there was very little traffic and we had a quiet night.
