We camped for one night. Very clean ablution, grassed stands, big enough for two vehicles and caravans
Had supper there, which was super. Will definitely revisit

Stunning Campsite with perfect clean Ablutions. Imho the best place for an overnight stay in the Ganzhi Area. We paied 170 Pula pppn
Only negative aspect: directly next to the main road.

Perfectly clean and well maintened campsite! Nice bar and restaurant, fast wifi. Camping now 160 Pula pPpN.

Great place. The ablutions are definitely the best we have ever seen in the last 20 years traveling.
Small pool but big enough to cool down.
Only the road is a bit disturbing. We would always choose this place again.

We felt v welcomed here arriving on our bikes- but note the entrance is on the A3, not the back roads. Nice campsite behind the guesthouse area, 160pppn. Nicest ablutions we’d seen in all of Africa! Temperatures dropped to -6c on both nights we were there, so the owner gave us two massive fluffy blankets which we were very thankful for. Dinner was chicken schnitzel, v tasty. All staff lovely.
Bikes felt safe out- there is a security guy making the rounds all night.

Grassy ground, very nice and clean ablutions, shady, nice clean braai, electricity, water tap and hose. 100% recommendable.

there are many campsites along this road some of which aren't on ioverlander so could be worth checking them out, but Symphonia is really lovely!! Beautiful spacious flat grassy campsites and everything is new, working and clean. Each site has a tap with borehole water and a hose, power, awesome braai spot, bin and light. Ablutions are spotless and huge. Big sinks with hot water for dishes. The main area has a pool (cold!!) and bar area. Dinner is 160pula for the main course which was huge and delicious. decent wifi at the bar area, but not really anywhere to 'chill' kinda thing. very friendly staff and owners. Can do laundry for 48pula per kg. Nice place would recommend. 160pppn.

Very nice and clean campsite. 160 pula/pppn. Ablutions and pool super clean. Great hot showers, great cool pool. Campsites grassy and clean, everything works well. The six campsites are just a bit close to each other. We had nr.3. Friendly South African owners. You can pay only by cash or a Visa card (they don’t take Mastercard).

Fantastic camp site.
Potable water and electricity at each camp site.
Very clean and bathrooms are perfect.
Nice swimming pool and restaurant with very good food.
Friendly staff and management.
Recommended as overnight stop.

Amazing and well thought camp site with up to standard facilities. Abolutions very spacious. 6 nice individual camp sites with braii, water and electricity most with a green lawn. The owner a south african cams to greet us and rexeptuon plus bat and restaurant all exceptionally clean and well looked after. Lovely pool by the rooms and reception area even offering a towel and beds.
Pula 140 p.p very good value for money. Highly recommended best camp site yet in botswana.

Super camping with perfect facilities.
We had dinner at the restaurant wich was also perfect.
We paid 140 pula pppn for camping.
40 pula for the starter and 160 pula for a huge steak with fries and vegetables.

It’s close to the road so expect traffic noise.

A very nice place to stay. Ideal for a stop-over from e.g. Windhoek to Maun. Nice place, well equipped: power, fresh water, super clean ablutions, really well designed and maintained. Nice camping places, space enough. Wifi at reception, nice bar and restaurant. Nice chalets, pool. And: really nice and friendly owner, taking care and looking after his guests. Friendly staff! Next time we will come back!!

For me, a good place consist of 3 things: location, facilities and hosting

In this case, the facilities are top notch, but rhe location is not good and the hosts are the worst I've had in Southern Africa. From the beginning they didn't like us there. I don't know if it was because we came with kids (they complained about my kids being loud and bothering other guests, but when I said I could ask the other two guests sharing a room if they were bothered, they admitted it was the owner the one who was bothered), or maybe it was because they want high paying customers instead of camers, or because how we look. We had to stay there a bit longer because my car was in the garage. Once we could we went to stay a night at Thakadu. There the facilities are not that good, but the location is very good (they even have a waterhole) and the hosts too!

Symponia Lodge and campsite has been carefully thought out and well constructed. The rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning, the restaurant serves delicious meals. The campsites all have shade and an individual braai area, water point and electricity point together with a switched spot light. The hosts Eben and Agnes are most welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, they have an extensive knowledge of the area as they have lived here for many years. The lodge and camp site has some noise from the road but nothing unbearable. I highly recommend staying at Symponia and I will most certainly be back, reasonable pricing and value for money. New and good, just a perfect place. First a beer, then we enter the pool. Great location!

Spent 2 nights here. The campsite is very new and still being developed. We paid 130 pula p.p per night. The abblutions are amazing. Very spacious and great hot showers (geyser). The owner Iban used to run the Kalahari lodge in town and has lived in Botswana for 30 years. He can tell you a lot about the area (or car mechanics). The wifi at reception is fast and free. This campsite is close to Ghanzi and next to the highway (you can hear the cars). Great place for a stopover and sort things out in Ghanzi, but felt a bit too new and clean for our taste.

6 Campsites, all covered with grass, all have a built braai and grid, 220V electricity and water. Very neat ablution facilities and an amazing swimming pool.
