Road construction, no access to the rest area

The off ramp exit into the rest area is blocked with cones and closed. However there were a lot of trucks parked a long outside the length of it, so resting is possible

Rest Area next to I10 fwy. 8 hour parking limit. Clean bathrooms. Water spigots. One potable and another non potable. Drinking fountains. Shaded picnic tables.
