Description

a wide Spot on the BLM road between hwy 89 and Bishop Tank. no facilities, but there was already a fire pit here. the ground is firm, compared to nearby post that mentioned issues with soft sand.

a little noise from hwy 89 but otherwise quiet and only two cars went by. we stopped for one night. decent place for an overnight stop.

Latest Check-Ins

No problems with sand, road is unpaved for last bit but ok. Good T-mobile connection!
Super windy but great overlook as on top of hill. Page visible at night.

Report Check-In

Nice spot with minimal highway noise and no neighbors. It's a bit small but perfect for a van or tent. No issues with sand but there is broken glass from people shooting in the nearby area so be cautious with children and pets. Medium Verizon service.
