This place (and all/most of the surrounding sites) is absolutely TRASHED. I saw animal carcasses, children’s toys, a washing machine, rusty tools… it verged on unsettling. The sites would be otherwise beautiful, but the quantity of trash and debris made me feel uncomfortable spending the night and slightly unsafe.
Report Check-InSomeone must have cleaned up the trash. A few larger pieces but mostly clean where we were. Quiet from the highway, a few cows east 2 wheel drive in a sprinter van. Cell service Verizon 3 bar LTE. Perfect!!
Have this beautiful little Colorado creek that runs in a deep 60 foot canyon… I would do it again…
3/4 mile off forestry road…
Report Check-InSmall network of roads off of Woodruff 180. Areas with trash around, but quite a nice view.
