Free public park with large surface lot near the water. Beautiful views, sunrise and sunset. Very quiet. No signs that say 'no overnight parking'. Most suitable for truck campers, camper vans or small RVs. We stayed for one night right by the water, pulled in after 9pm, didn't see any other people until around 7am, park is busy during the day.

Report Check-InVery beautiful spot for sunrise. The police came by around midnight. I think normally we aren’t supposed to stay there past 10pm, but they let us stay.

We stay one night here. No one bother us. It’s was raining and completely off season. We were the only one on the spot. Great view !
Report Check-InWe tried to sleep here last night but received a tap on the window from a, very nice, police officer who told us the park closes at 9:00 but we could stay at a Walmart about 10 minutes away. Apparently they have to ask people to leave all the time.
Report Check-InShowed up at about 11PM. There were 4 other vehicles when I got here. Walked the dogs. By 12 there was an officer knocking at the door and before I could answer his questions, 3 more cars pulled up. I guess the other camper van that was here had left because I didn’t see them anymore. I have no idea how the other campers were able to stay for days when I couldn’t even stay an hour. I’ve been a solo female vanlifer for a year and a half now and this is the first time I’ve had this happen. Little bit jarring. They told me to go to the Walmart in Scarborough. So I would try there if you’re looking for someplace.

Report Check-Inwe stayed there for 2 nights. pretty quiet when unrespectful campers don't come and let their engine running to keep battery on their cellphone and watch a movie!

Report Check-InWe stayed here for 5 days. Beautiful views, multiple vans staying over night, but it’s definitely not quiet. Seems to be a place for teenagers to come hang out in the middle of night. Got woken up every night by something going on in the parking lot. Also gets VERY busy in the morning. Would suggest leaving early. The locals are definitely catching on and don’t seem thrilled about it.
