Description

Why not sleep next to the haunted remnants of the lunatic asylum where thousands of Americans have disappeared mysteriously or been lobotomized… or both. There is municipal parking in front where we stayed the night along with one other camper. No problems. Portopotties nearby, a Shop and Save, and you can take a tour of the old loony bin.

Latest Check-Ins

Take the tour! Cheesy and creepy. We spent a nice night by a large stream just across the street from the asylum.

Report Check-In

Didn’t stay the night but parked here and walked around the asylum. It is a really nice area it is head in only parking but I would assume you would be fine parking on the side. The road going in is a little rough so beware.

Report Check-In

Publkc parking area along roadway adjacent to the old asylum. The sounds of thr creek are nice.
