The most peaceful place I've ever camped, so quiet at night, occasional sounds of cattle or horses but way off in the distance. We parked on the pan just after the entry road onto the flats. we saw a tour vehicle in the morning but they didn't drive up to us. Spectacular place to spend a day and night. We saw an Aardwolf shortly after sunset which was pretty special.
Report Check-InAmazing spot! No traffic though we did see some lights at night in the distance. Think it must have been someone headed home on a motorbike. Literally pans edge and wow! Watching the stars at night followed by the sun rising over the endless pan was a highlight of our Botswana trip. Maps-me got us here.
