Large gravel lots where buses and RVs park during business hours. It’s a Harvest Host so you must register through the site. Quite once the trains are out away for the night. First train leaves at 8am, so no sleeping in!
Report Check-InWe did a trip with the steam train to the Summit and I asked Josh at the Ticket office about staying for the night. And he said no problem to stay for the night at the RV parking lot.
I asked for his name and he said it, and that if someone will bother us it will be himself.
So, it's up to you if you want to stay here or not, just ask ahead.

Report Check-InLot is easy to access and while not completely level, none of the 15 RVs, 8 vans and 4 busses seemed to have any issue. Our 35' Class C auto leveling needed 3in choks on one side and all wheels remained in contact with the ground.
the COG employees were all super nice and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights without issue. Obviously, no hookups, but we ran our generator & my WeBoost worked fine. Starlink was full speed.
We sleep here, no problem quiet night! 10$/person , day use for hiking.
