Description

Typical Cracker Barrel overnight welcome parking. The problem with this Cracker Barrel is there is a car wash next door with changing colored lights in the bays And on Saturday night every teenager in town washes their car and hangs out. It finally quieted down some after midnight. Don’t stay on Saturday night if you wish to have a peaceful night.

Noisy. Not steady, which tricked me into thinking it was okay. But vehicles played their music ultra loudly in the middle of the night.

Typical Cracker Barrel. There were a few motorhomes besides us in our van. Not too much noise from the carwash, probably because it was Sunday and January. Wifi reached the RV spots.

Report Check-In

Came back to add concerts of car horns, music, engines rev’ing, people walking by and through the CB parking lot. If you are 17, on something, and not that bright, we have found your people!

It’s 1:48 am. Don’t stay here on a Saturday night. I should have read the reviews. Every possible car noise, racing, subwoofers, screaming. I feel terrible for the locals - this is out of control. The Walmart is just across the way, so I doubt that’s any better.

As others have said. Don’t stay on a Saturday night. Carwash and back of Cracker Barrel parking lot full of young people in cars. Racing back and forth and revving their engines etc. Apparently it’s the local hang out. Left at 1100pm to find somewhere else.

Called to ensure this Cracker Barrel allows overnight stays and was told that yes it was okay to stay. We stayed one unusually warm Friday night in November in our van and had a decent stay. Yes, there was noise from people hanging out and using the car wash across the street. And there was consistent road noise as well. However, it all quieted substantially by around 11pm and I didn’t hear another noise until 4:30am when someone used the car wash across the street. Overall a decent place to crash. We were visiting the national park sites in Hyde Park 30 minutes north and came here since there weren’t any good overnight options up that way and this was a good spot to stay. There were big spots at the back specifically for RVs too which was nice to see. Would stay again.

Tried to stay here for the night but the disco car wash right by the parking was too much for me . Cars revving engines , loud music bumping and lots of people . Try to find a different place to stay… it’s really hard to have a good night sleep here . I slept at the park and ride 20 min from here eastbound

Normal CB. Stayed 1 night ok in class B van. Funny to read the other 2 comments because both my wife and I talked about the noise during the night. It was odd, motorcycles, cars, but not like drive by noise. Turns out it was the car wash across the street. Hang out place for the kids. That was ok, Saturday night, it was quiet eventually.

Report Check-In

as described it's a good stop but lots of kids partying in the car wash next door. even on a Monday night.
