Updating my comment … a no parking sign is in the bushes before you get to the lot.
Report Check-InStopped here to make breakfast. Lots of people coming for the view & we stayed the longest, about 2 hrs.
The store was closed & absolutely NO signs indicating the gravel lot was designated a ‘no overnight parking’. I’m guessing they use portable signs & it may be that the people living next to the store are the ones who alert the police.
Report Check-Inwe stayed there one night it was quiet and nice and in the morning they put à sign" NO OVERNIGHT PARKING"...
Report Check-InThere is a brand new no overnight parking… too bad, the place is really nice!
Report Check-Invery beautiful but we were sent way by a friendly cop. no overnight Signs were up
Report Check-InWanted to stay there tonight, but there is a sign that states no overnight parking.
So we went to a nearby Inn and they let us use their parking lot and a bathroom for 25 bugs.
Just got kicked out of here by the sheriff. Apparently the owner called him…
Report Check-InSmall lot backed up to the ocean. nearby is a tiny Lands End gift shop. As long as you're not setting up camp and just looking to overnight or two, nobody will bother you. pulled in about 6 and there were 2 empty cars. they left about 8 and I had the ace to myself. no noise except the waves breaking.
Report Check-InGreat parking lot right in the water. Lots of cars when we showed up for sunset. Made sense, as it’s a beautiful spot to watch the sun go down. And up! Highly recommend. No services. A bit uneven but easy enough to find a flat enough spot to park.
Report Check-Inacross the street from lands end gift shop there is a dirt lot with no signs, a beach and a beautiful sunrise. we stayed a night without issue. okay at&t little to no Verizon. talked to a waitress at Cooks lobster house and she recommended parking here, said it's the place the local youths go to hookup. said nobody patrols or cares and she by jove she was correct
Report Check-InDirt parking lot at very end of the road at Land’s End. Fantastic view of ocean, island and lighthouse in distance. No signage prohibiting parking or overnight camping. Couple cars came by during night but didn’t stay. 4 cars arrived for sunrise. No one hassled us. Plenty of space, fairly flat. Great gift shop across street that opens at 9am.
