Nooooo! It was our favourite place :( There is now
a sign that says no overnight parking. Bummer.
Superbe endroit pour finir la journée à la plage et dormir au son des vagues. Parfait. Même la réception cellulaire.
Report Check-InParking lot is PACKED during the day so best to come here in the evening and spend the next day at this absolutely gorgeous beach! Please keep it clean and be respectful to the locals :)
Report Check-InReally cool spot, quiet at night, no water in toilet but it was clean.
Good cellular reception
This place is amazing! Why didn't I find it earlier? Great spot off season, was all alone after dark. Super quiet and the stars were out. Garbage receptacles there and two out houses. As stated in an earlier post, KEEP IT TIDY!
Report Check-InAll as described. Wonderful place... i stayed there with my Rooftoptent. Nobody else was there. PLEASE keep this place clean and also please do not stay in first row when you stay overnight!
Report Check-InA lovely spot we shared with a few other campers. Nice and quiet.
However , someone left a black garbage bag beside the garbage receptacles and in the night a raccoon scattered the garbage everywhere. I cleaned it up so the locals would not be upset.
I wouldn’t want to see this place permanently close to boondockers.
Please everyone ‘leave no trace’.
Incroyable endroit! Le sentier des falaises est a faire absolument. Tranquille, mis à part le grondement des vagues.
Report Check-InGreat view and nice beach. Pit toilets aren’t maintained and the flies have taken over.
Otherwise, a very nice location for the night.
Very quiet spot with the sound of the ocean! Easy to park even at nigth.
Report Check-InWe stayed here for one night. We were with another minivan. It was very quiet and the stars were unbelievable!!!! We tried to be quiet and to not make any non essentiel noises.
Report Check-Ingreat little gravel parking lot by a rocky beach and an 8km hiking trail. Lots of locals coming and going until dusk and early in the morning. it's a little uneven but I was able to find a level spot to park. there are signs indicating no camping is allowed on the beach but I had no trouble staying one night. the sunrise was beautiful.
Report Check-In2 pit toilets plus garbage and recycling bins. Signage doesn’t forbid overnight parking but camping is not allowed (posted on signage regarding respecting the beach ecosystem). Emptied out by 7pm with no disturbances through the night. Dog walkers, surfers, hikers, etc. began arriving fairly early in the morning. Visible from the road and there’s a house at the far side of the parking lot. Good spot after hiking Gaff Point.
Report Check-InGreat spot in a beautiful area right at the beach as well as the start of the Gaff Point hiking trail. Busy during the day, but a decent amount of fairly level parking.
Report Check-InDecent sized gravel parking lot facing a gorgeous sandy beach. A few picnic tables, toilets, and garbage cans. Lots of locals coming in and out to surf or walk, but it completely empties out after sundown. There are signs expressly forbidding tents on the beach, but nothing about the parking lot. The trail to Gaff's Point also begins here.
