$5/nite or $30/yr, this is an absolutely spectacular park that receives very few visitors. It is by far my favourite of all the national parks.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
No one else here on a Sunday night. $18 for a night. Nice kayaking in the river
Report Check-InBarry's Landing is a great area to camp if you can get a spot. First come, first serve. $18/night and there are clean vault toilets in the dirt parking area. There are additional camp sites as you approach the area as well. Unknown on the price of those locations. No hook-ups here and zero cell coverage. Perfect for Starlink though. Lots of boaters and fishermen here but overall very quiet.
Report Check-InWhoa! This place was phenomenal!! So lucky to have found it! $18/night at Barry’s Landing campground for tents only. I think there’s a location near the marina for rvs and hookups. Super friendly and helpful host. Supposedly there are some boat on only campsites too. We were warned that bears are very common here, but we saw only wild horses and, yes, bighorn sheep. Find a way to see the canyon from the water if you can!
Report Check-InHere’s an update to the post below. This is Barrys landing campground. It has about five or six spots with trash and a pit toilet fire rings and picnic tables. It’s in a very beautiful spot in the recreation area. It is an elevation of 3755 feet. There is no water at all and no dump at this location. The fisherman park here To put their boats in for the day. But in our case they were all gone by about 8:30 PM. So the area is very quiet at night. It is $18 to camp here but well worth it the scenery is quite fantastic and all day Sunday night In June there was on the other one other camper there
