Free dump and potable water. dump directly into trough. mainly big trucks with big hoses, but staff was very helpful.

As described, great place to dump and fill the tank with fresh water. Warning that Google maps sends you to a close residential area (location on Ioverlander map is good).

Until October 31, open 8-5pm. After November 1, open 8-4pm. Gates are locked ten minutes before closing. The office is staffed so you can call to confirm hours. Otherwise super convenient location and easy in and out with plenty of room for big rigs; and free!
