Something not right?

Description

$20/night campground which can be reserved through CA Parks website (add'l $8 reservation fee). Along the banks of a small reservoir. No potable water. Garbage cans, porta potties. Sites have fire pits and picnic tables, some have ramadas. Likely very full in the summer and on weekends - there were only two other sites full on a Sunday night in October.
2$ off for seniors.

Some sites are very close together. Note that the paved road passes through a stream on the way, but it's only a few inches deep and shouldn't be a problem for any vehicle. Minimal/tenuous Verizon service in camp but there's good service at the top of the hill.

Happy camping!

Latest Check-Ins

Closed when we arrived. Local party place at the gate.

It’s amazing. It’s a jont off interstate #5 but worth it. Pay at park booth. Wonderfull kind people work here. Our spot right on the lake. Yea smaller area so not good for big rigs. We have a 24ft trailer and a 3/4 ton truck. Wouldn’t want to much bigger (longer). Spot we are in was perfect.

Report Check-In

Gate locked when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. Unlocked before 7:00 a.m. We camped outside the gates and were the first of four vehicles to arrive. Plenty of room and flatish. A couple of miles from the freeway so quiet but civilizations' lights visible in the distance.
