Very friendly man who is also a Combi aficionado. Helped us to find an electrical mechanic to repair some issues with our Vanagon and I was fully satisfied. Street can be busy and not safe for small children as cars often drive too fast.

estuve aparcado en la casa de Manuel durante un mes. Excelente trato, muy hospitalario y con una gran calidad humana. la familia de Manuel es muy atenta y solidaria siempre al pendiente de su necesitaba algo. la ubicación es excelente a minutos del centro de la ciudad, cerca hay supermercado, gasolinera, tiendas de primeras necesidades, el barrio es super tranquilo y seguro. Manuel es un gran anfitrión, conoce de historia gastronomía y cultura, un gran guía turístico, es un apasionado de la mecánica y la camperozación, su ayuda fue de gran valor para resolver percances que tuve con la combi. En el espacio se cuenta con acceso a baños con regadera y agua caliente también conexción a Wi-Fi. En mi experiencia es el mejor lugar que he vistado para aparcar inclusive mejor que los trailer park. Aconsejo dejarle una coperacion monetaria por su gran hospitalidad y servicio , Manuel no lo considera como obligatorio, pero en mi opinión es lo mínimo que podemos hacer por tan gran ser humano.

Spent 2 nights parked infront of Manuel's house. Manuel was very friendly and we got the chance to visit the city with him. I do recommend that you speak Spanish though, as Manuel doesn't speak much English. Really good experience.

Manuel nos dejó parquear la buseta al frente de su casa y entre él y su mamá nos atendieron muy amablemente. Ellos nos dieron agua, baños, wifi y ducha a cambio de una contribución voluntaria. El chedraui está a una cuadra y agua potable a dos cuadras. Disfrutamos muchísimo estos días, Manuel nos acompañó y guió por todo el centro y nos compartió historia del lugar y su cultura.

Manuel let us park our motorhome in front of his house. He and his mother treated us very well during our stay. They gave us water, WC, wifi and shower for a voluntary contribution. Chedraui is one block away, and potable water two blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay here because Manuel went with us to visit the city center and he shared his culture with us.

Llegue desde el 10 de diciembre para hacer unos tramites legales y cambio de placas pero por las fechas y la burocracia todo se fue atrasando pero con la ayuda de buena gente como la de Manu y su familia Doña Lupita y Don Manuel las cosas han sido más llevaderas aquí en oaxaca, si su ayuda y apoyo me la hubiera visto muy negras en los casi ya 2 meses y medio que estoy por aquí. No solo me dieron un lugar donde estacionarme seguro si no que también ayuda con el uso de baño para tomar una ducha y más así como también doña lupita me apoyo para usar su lavadora y lavar ropa así con la ayuda de don Manuel que siempre me ha echo sentir parte de su familia y bienvenido a su casa. Con ellos pase las fiestas de Navidad y año nuevo haciendo me sentir como parte de la Familia y no solo me ofrecieron un plato de comida en esa ocasión si no que fueron muchos más durante estas semanas siempre me han considerado a la hora de servir la comida ya sea para un desayuno un almuerzo la cena o hasta a veces las 3. No pude haber llegado a mejor lugar y con la mejor gente sin duda alguna y por eso les super recomiendo esta ubicación que ayuda al viajero con el apoyo de baño y agua con cooperación voluntaria. yo ya dejé la mía pero me voy debiendo más de lo que pude dejar y estaré eternamente agradecido a doña Lupita Don Manuel y a Manu Matus.

I arrived on December 10 to do some legal paperwork and change the license plates, but due to the dates and the bureaucracy, everything was delayed, but with the help of good people like Manu and his family, Doña Lupita and Don Manuel, things have been more bearable here in oaxaca, if your help and support I would have seen it very black in the almost 2 and a half months that I have been here. Not only did they give me a place to park safely, but they also help me with the use of the bathroom to take a shower and more, as well as Doña Lupita, who supports me to use her washing machine and wash clothes with the help of Don Manuel, who has always helped me. I make you feel part of your family and welcome to your home. With them I spent the Christmas and New Year holidays making me feel like part of the Family and not only did they offer me a plate of food on that occasion but there were many more during these weeks they have always considered me when serving food either for breakfast, lunch, dinner or sometimes even 3. I could not have come to a better place and with the best people without a doubt and that is why I highly recommend this location that helps the traveler with bathroom and water support with voluntary cooperation. Bonito lugar, tranquilo de noche y concurrido de dia, con un pequeño parque con sombra. Matus es un gran amigo y amante de las combis que nos atendió con suma amabilidad y hasta nos ayudó a reparar varias cosas de nuestra combi!
