We stayed here for one night no problem. Walkable distance to Honky Town on Broadway. Felt safe. Was fairly quiet until 4 am when a bunch of municipal trucks started their shift.

Report Check-InNous avons resté 2 nuits. Endroit parfaite pour visiter le centre ville de Nashville et Broadway qui est à +- 15 minutes de marche (parfait apres avoir pris quelques consommations dans un des nombreux Honky Tonk bars!).
La 2e nuit il y avait aussi un autre rig derriere nous sans problème.

Report Check-InI'd say exactly like the last comment, except it took me more like 15-20 min walking to the Honky Tonk highway. Felt safe the entire time. No problem at night. I arrived in the afternoon a Sunday and there was plenty of room in the street.
Report Check-InGreat little spot 10 minutes from Broadway. Construction still going on at one end but we parked away from it. You won't get closer to the party action than here.
Lots of traffic in the day passing by but not an issue. Plenty of room for Bigger rigs.
Report Check-InThis is a really great, safe place to park a vehicle for the day. I got here at 4pm on a Friday and found a spot just fine. From the looks of it I think you can park on both sides of the street with no restrictions. Beware there is tons of construction going on so getting here was kind of a hassle.
