Went to the tourist information center and they told us it was the cheapest place in town.
13.000 CLP per person in private room, great WiFi and kitchen use.
It's in the owner's home and she was lovely! She even let us use her TV to watch a soccer game my boyfriend was desperate to see. Clean and comfortable. Great option when camping is closed for the season.

Totally underimpressed. Yes, it's a cheaper option, but I didn't like the welcome at all, I got "greeted" by the grandpa which seems to find it funny to see someone limping because of an injury that occurred that afternoon. Asked whether I could get a room downstairs, impossible because they can't change the planning. There is literally no one in the hostel, and the other person with a single room arrives only way later. Total lack of empathy. The room I got also has no window, looks more like a broom cabinet than anything else. Scandalous for 18.000 CLP. Don't go.
Report Check-InIch kann das Hostal nur empfehlen. Tatjana ist die Managarin und sehr engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Aufenthaltsraum und Gemeinschaftsküche. Ich habe 18.000 Pesos bezahlt. Von mir eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Came here after checking several other places, this was definitely the best spot and cheapest. $10,000 without breakfast. Very friendly family running the place, they let me use their kitchen to cook and a bucket for laundry. Very hot shower and good WiFi. Full house both nights so come early.
