Established and numbered free campsites. Good for vans and small pull behinds. This location is where the spots start to get good. Can find others 3 miles back towards highway. Nice level spots. Maple and alder valley bottom overlooked by firs and rock outcrops. Off your typical path, but worth it. Very quite in peak fall. Dirt bikes here. Road is ok, can make it in any vehicle.

Great location. Pretty side canyon with plenty of sites along the creek. Spent two nights here in the rain. Hardly saw another sole midweek the first week in August. Probably due to rain. Ideal for vans and tent camping.
Report Check-InLovely spots in the national forest. Just go past the private properties for multiple camping spots.Very quiet, all alone at the moment. Road is a bit bumpy, but doable for all vehicles. Spots are not for large RV's, more for vans and tent camping.
Report Check-InArrived late at night, road is a little rocky, but made it in my Honda Fit. Got lucky there was a site available, the other spots close by were taken. Amazing sound of running water and nature at night! 10/10, will return with fire wood!
