Rue Champlain. Stealth car or van camping only. Residential street. Permits only for overnight parking and 60 minutes parking from 9am-7pm. Beautiful sunset and quiet street. Occasional car and bus traffic.

Didn't stay the night but parked my Van for the day at the park. It's free on weekends.Quick walk to old town. Toilet,Waterfontain,bins and picnic tables and Beautiful view at St Lawrence river
Report Check-InI parked on rue Champlain and not the small residential street. This section of parking did not have a permit only sign or a 60 minute only sign like pretty much every where else in downtown Quebec has. It was rather noisy until about 10 pm and then again around 7am due to traffic but nothing some earplugs can’t help. Great seating and views from the small park across the street.
