This is a free NF campground not far from Hwy 60. The road in is paved all the way until the final quarter mile, which is a washed out hill. I made it ok in my cargo van but it is quite bumpy - if you're low clearance or a long Rv I recommend walking it first or driving the left fork to the picnic area. People camp there too, judging by fire rings, and it's less bumpy. The campground has pit toilets, picnic tables and no other services (water, trash, electricity). Absolutely no Verizon service. Totally free tho looks like they may impose a fee starting next year.
