Overnight parking, clean bathrooms, security, store, fuel, laundry. We didn't use the laundry or showers but everything looked clean and well cared for. The staff seems friendly. There’s also a restaurant and a motel.
Train tracks nearby means train noise throughout the night, but that didn’t bother us.
