Information center for Grand Escalante NP. Open every day from 8:30-4pm? But they have a gift store, bathroom, water bottle refill station, employee on hand to answer any questions and free potable water to refill (you can only refill when the station is open/gates open). You can dump at the campground down the road. 3 bars of Visible LTE.
