Something not right?

Description

Large pullout right after the turn on to Jalama Rd. We used this spot for cell service access as Jalama park on the beach has none. We stayed a few nights as well with no issues.

Latest Check-Ins

Beautiful large gravel pull out spot with good T mobile signal. A few other small cars stayed overnight with us (camper van).

Report Check-In

Exactly as described. There was an RV, a pickup truck, and about two other cars besides me. Beautiful view, and it was silent at night.

Report Check-In

Good spot, very flat. A few cars here and on the road, but no one bothered us. Highway soft in the background. Gorgeous view.

Good spot to stop and sleep on the way to and from Jalama Beach. Jalama Beach is 14 miles through the hills, 1 way. A day pass at Jalama is $10 to stay until sunset. This is a big side spot. When I pulled up there were 2 vans. The next night there was a big RV. Good level space, clean, safe. Full cell service. There is no cell service past this spot.

Huge gravel pullout with a beautiful view. Stayed here for a full day in our 24’ RV with no issues. There were some random cars who stopped by, some stayed for a few minutes, others a few hours but no one bothered us.

Report Check-In

This pullout is big enough to fit several rigs. It was quite busy on a Thursday in June. One other van spent the night. Additionally there were a bunch of cars coming, parking for a while, slamming a lot of doors, talking loudly for a while and then leaving all the way up to 5am. It would be a nice quiet spot otherwise as traffic tapered off between sunset and sunrise.

Report Check-In

Fantastically large pull out with 4 bars Verizon. (No cell service out at the County Beach Park.)

I spent 5 minutes picking up garbage.

Picture is of the night sky. Been sitting here watching "Day Shift", vampire movie with Jamie Foxx, for the last hour and at 7:09 pm, have not had a single car pass me on this road.

Highway 1 is busy, but way away from this turnout.

Very, very cool spot.

Report Check-In

Great pull off on the side of the road, about .2 miles from the highway. It's at the top of a hill and views are incredible, there are no signs up here at all and you can barely hear the highway noise. 2 bars of Verizon.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night. The highway wasn’t that loud. In the morning a few cars passed by but overall we had at least 8 quite hours of sleep. Here is also good service with T-Mobile.

Report Check-In

Had the whole place to myself, just minimal traffic passing by, very quiet over night. Good service with AT&T

Report Check-In

Level parking. 4 bars, AT&T. Spent the night. Had it to mainly to myself. A couple of cars dropped in for a few minutes. Nobody bothered me. Heard the road noise from the main drag all night but not bad enough to trouble my sleep.
