Parking lot at the park waterfront, can walk all around the water. Next to University of Tampa. Well-lit area. Clean, nice area near downtown, near train tracks and highway noise too. No 'no parking overnight' signs. Some mix of people - not 100% sure if safe, looks like ok for one nite. Beyond that I wouldn’t do more than one nite.

Report Check-InUnfortunately a park official came by and told us the park and parking lot closes at 10. Started putting up cones in the exits and entrances. Really pretty lights on the water but doesn’t seem like overnight is allowed despite there being no signs.
