Ten minutes before you enter Sima de las Cotorras, there is a restaurant which offers parking spots for the night. They ask 150 pesos total to stay for the night (instead of 150 PER person at Sima).
Very clean toilets and very cheap but decent food. Quiet at night as well. Owner and staff were super nice and welcoming.
