I was by myself tenting beside my car and it was really beautiful and quiet when the moon was out. however around 10 pm a service truck pulled up infront of me, stared at me then drove away and that was a bit unsettling. he may have wanted a place to stay, or he was checking to make sure I wasn't doing anything weird? he didn't show up for the rest of the night

As described. Good for vans. There is a small roundabout AT the END if the road, but I don't think you could turn around with a medium size trailor. Maybe a small one. see picture

So clutch and beautiful! Small turn around at the end that I barely made with an suv and 16ft trailer. Please keep this place clean so it stays available.

Super endroit !

Nous avons fait une petite baignade dans le lac! Super vue et une poubelle sur place!

Ne pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes plus que 1 seconde, car il y a 10000 moustiques qui vont entrer.

Il y avait plusieurs vans sur le site

2 rock fire rings, 2 spots to access water, 2 bars LTE (Rogers)
1 garbage can, 1 clear rock bottom beautiful lake, 1 loon, Just off of Trans Canada, level gravel, highway noise not an issue. Room for 3-6 vehicles. Full starlink

beautiful spot! nice protected campsite on a small turnout through/behind trees by the lake. mosquitoes not too bad, especially considering the gorgeous view and relative privacy you get.

Great little spot. Room for 6 vehicles, 3 fire pits and a small boat launch. Towed trailers/big rigs need to be backed in. Stayed in a 30' towed by F350.

great place for the night. atleast 8 spots for campers. right on the lake. okay cell service. some road noise but will definitely go again

Tried to stay here but unfortunately someone had made camp and unnecessarily blocked the road with their small vehicle. Otherwise looked like a nice spot.

Nice place to spend the night, right off the highway but parked right on a lake. Sots for a few vans/truck campers but no room for big rigs to turn around.

Great place to stop, even for a couple days. Tucked in and out of sight of the highway, quiet, could do some fishing but too cold today.

Pulled to the side of the highway to walk in and check it out. Wouldn't be able to turn around with our 25 foot fifth wheel, and highway was too busy to back in. Nice spot for smaller Campers. We kept on trucking.

Pull off on the side of highway. Some
noise but not as bad at night. Room for maybe 4 rigs with circle at the end to turn around. Fire pits on site as well as garbage bin. We went swimming and fishing and it was very lovely.

Nice overnight stay just off the highway. Beautiful lake, rocky shoreline but adults can swim here. Stars were bright. Not suitable for Big Rig (nowhere to turn around).

Good spot for the night, next to the highway but thankfully there is a large rock to block some of the sound (still a bit noisy). Access to the lake and a garbage can. Fire pits on site.

beautiful place. stayed one night. there were 3 other vehicles but probably has space for one more- closer to the highway. definitely can hear trucks but it didn't bother us.

amazing place sound of the highway didn't bother me it was super sunny as well cleaned up the place from the trash left behind tires were left in the forest could've stayed one or two more nights

great place by the lake...right next to the highway but the noise didn't bother me....only saw one other car parked there for the night

Pitched a tent here. There was one other trailer staying. Not the cleanest spot, lots of toilet paper on the ground. There was a garbage bin there though. It was very noisy all night from the highway trucks. There are better sites in the area, I wouldn't stay here again

Slept there twice. Very nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Fire pits and a nice view on dogtooth lake. Some noises from the highway but that's really fine. However, we found a lot of dirty stuff left behind by others. We cleaned up this mess to keep a nice and clean spot. Plus there is a garbage. 🙃

Great place to overnight. Great swimming hole, you can safely dive off the rock. The water is quite warm from July 1st to the last week of August. If you have a trailer, you need to back in.

You hear the highway of course but it’s still a lovely spot. Garbage can and lake access. Someone pitched a tent too.

perfect spot to pull off highway and spend the night. we were in a van but there was another party with tents as well. would have housed another group or two without getting too crowded.

small gravel circle at the end to turn around - may be an issue if you're pulling a long trailer.

great lake with warm water, some mosquitoes but not too bad.

very close to the highway, but wasn't busy so relatively quiet.

no amenities apart from garbage cans.

Very nice pull out. The lake was very hot! My friends tented without any problem. Very sunny and pretty.

Pretty small turn around, best suited for one camper or van to stay overnight. We slept in the turnaround while a van was in the better spot. I think the big gravel lot just east of here would be a nicer stay.

There is a sign only picnic use ( new sign?) In fact it’s in the parc boundary. There is a garbage bin. We did not stay.

it’s a lake side access gravel and dirt road just off hey. one way in with a turn around at the end. no problem for 170 Sprinter. one garbage can and no facilities. lots of mosquitos.

Nice lakeside spot on Dogtooth lake, as previously described. We camped here in our truck and truck camper. One other travel van camped as well. Room for 1 or 2 more. Warm day at +32C with strong breeze to keep the bugs away. Fantastic. 4 out of 5 stars just because of the proximity to the highway.

Out of all the areas this one was perfect for a night. Arrived at 18:00h on a Friday and there were only two other vehicles. Lake was really refreshing but a tiny bit cold for early June! Dog loved it though. Highway traffic really didn’t bother me much. Slept well! Happy

Lovely spot on the lake, we came in with a 16ft camper and we were just able to turn around, I wouldn’t suggest anything bigger. The highway is not far away, so you can hear it all night but it’s nothing too noisy. Again, lovely spot for a night.

As described, pretty quiet, almost perfectly hidden from highway!! Some mosquitoes late in the night. Easy access to the lake and there are some fishes in it!

Definitely one of my favourite spots! Stayed here last year and this year for a night. Very quiet at night and very beautiful in general! Lots of mosquitos though.
Some people leave their garbage there or throw stuff into the lake (I saw a tire, many beer cans, lots of plastic stuff, a baby stroller and more)
Please clean up after yourself!

this spot is amazing. Right on the lake, I counted 4 pit fires, good for fishing (plenty of walleyes) and for kids to play.

No turn around for rigs over 35 feet long (9 meters)!!! Otherwise perfect roadside pullout. Scenic, mostly quiet.

Close to Highway but you can park and be pretty much hidden from view. Nice view of the lake too.
