Description
We were asked 40 soles for a matrimonial but asking us to lower it to 35 soles. The place is very neat and clean the bathrooms super clean and the bed very comfortable !! He wi fi walks very well and has a yard where to store the bike !!! We were dead of cold to ride a motorcycle and the owner prepared a warm coffee to warm the body a genie !!!

Él wi fi anda muy bien y tiene un patio donde guardar la moto!!! Veníamos muertos de frío de andar en moto y la dueña nos preparo un café calentito para calentar el cuerpo una genia!!!

We paid 30 soles for a room with two single beds (slightly cheaper than the matrimonial room), friendly staff, clean room. Good value for the price.
You can also have breakfast in the morning for 7 soles per person, nothing fancy (eggs, bread, coffee and fresh orange juice) but it was ok.
Very nice place and the price was really good. Standard rates are 40 soles for a double with shared bathroom, 60 for a large double with private bathroom. Cute place with a little courtyard, hot showers, comfy beds. They have a little terrace, perfect for some afternoon beers. Thumbs up!
