Stayed there for three nights (max 2 in a row). We've been setting alarm for 6:45am then going to Tables Beach (5 min south) to use the bathroom etc. Very nice spot.
Report Check-InStayed at 12th Street beach parking lot last night 2/27/2024 (6 blocks south on the same road). Parked at 7PM and left before 7AM. Nice quiet night. Could hear the waves. We were not bothered.
Report Check-InWe stayed one night and there were no issues. We arrived after 8pm. Woke up at 6:30a for the sunrise and left a little after 7am. It was quiet but our cell service wasn’t great. We have Verizon.

The lot is not closed, just follow the Parking signs you should be fine
