Description

Parked on a dirt road ( Del Aguila), beside a well-lit, fenced, white condo complex. Complex has a security guard but no issues. Felt very safe. Very little traffic at night. Level. TelCel signal ok-ish.
The road up is steep and twisty in spots so probably tougher for larger >24 ft, motorhomes. Sketchy for pulling a trailer, I wouldn't try it. Only about 5 cars there when I stopped at 10pm. The Morning activity starts about sunrise, 05:30, as people arrive to hike up a great short 16 min steep hike up Radar Hill) Google maps  "Cerro de la Z". Fantastic views. DO IT.
Let's be kind to this site & leave it better than we find it. Street Camping is Scarce in Cabo.

Felt safe. Locals show up for the hike up the mountain starting at 5am most days.

😅 just drove up this in my 24' campervan. do not do this in a longer vehicle! quite the adrenaline rush on the sharp curves, steep incline and narrow 2-way road.

update: very popular hiking spot that tour vans bring groups to. it's a stunning hike at sunset. didn't really quiet down until midnight with various cars driving by, music being played while folks hung out at their cars. in the morning, the guard was definitely checking us out. Not a place to loiter but good enough for the night. ALSO. Google maps and the previous reviewer take you up the steep and curvy road but it's possible to take an alternate route. I've attached a photo. Scope it out during daylight hours if you can.
