This is just a pulloff to camp right next to the highway, you can expect traffic throughout the night, but when I stayed it was pretty quiet for the most part. The view in the morning is totally worth it.
Big enough for multiple RVs.

The bad is that some people suck and leave human waste in trash bags on the lull off. Come on people
Great spot. No no signs. 3 bars Verizon. Gorgeous view. We were the only one here on a weds. Pulled in around 7 stayed through next day. No one bothered us.
