just wanted to share that I called the Walmart a moment ago and confirmed that it is okay to stay in their parking lot in a camper for up to 24 hours. they specify the northwest corner of the parking lot and not to set out chairs etc.

Stopped at Walmart in Benson. Parking signs. There were a couple Arby’s and a couple semi’s. Did not feel comfortable and staying so I moved down the road to loves truckstop.

Checked with the person at the service counter and she said it was OK to park by the garden center for only 24 hours and no slide outs! One other RV here and very quiet on a Sunday night. 2 Bars Verizon LTE.

I did call ahead and was told it was fine to park overnight in the back. Yes, the no parking signs are posted, but not enforced. several RVs and trucks here for a quiet night. Smaller Walmart, but plenty of room in parking lot.

Edit: there are signs saying no overnight, but they said it was fine before we got there to even know.

I called ahead and asked if they allow overnight parking. They Saud they do as long as you park on the garden center side and don't stay longer than 24 hours. The there are trucks and other RVs here. I haven't noticed any signs stating otherwise.. When in doubt, call!

There are several signs that say "No overnight truck or RV parking". Didn't stay

Plenty of space. At least 15 other RVs. Stayed one night. No problems.

Snap Walmart with signs but plenty of RVs and manager said it was ok to stay. Quiet except for occasional train.

Typical Walmart, there is no signs “no overnight “ , there were 3 others RV for the night here , not big Walmart , but ok for big rigs . Very quiet , except trains that passed near the area . Not very noisy by the road . There is a subway next
