There's indeed a faucet at the back of the store with very good flow. You can reach the back of the store with your car so I just parked there right by the faucet, filled my 6gallon jug in 30seconds and left. I didn't ask and didn't bother nobody so I don't feel bad for using free public water at a gas company which I'm a customer to sometimes
