Came with vet certificate (fly out in 6 days) and walked out with govt paperwork about 45 minutes later. We had local health cert, EU PP, and my PP. They scanned his microchip

The previous reviews are true, if your paperwork is in order you can get the certificate in about 15 minutes. I paid 9641 ARS for the international health certificate with a credit card. If you need an English-speaking vet, definitely check out Wellvet clinica veteranaria.

It's possible to request by email what you need to submit by email and possibly avoid an in person visit to the Lazaretto office. You still need to start the process many days in advance of your trip.

Just got our Health Certificate for our dog for Uruguay. We went there without an appointment which was no problem.
Make sure you have a negative Leishmaniosis Test from a vet if you want to go to Uruguay.
It is an easy process and they will know what you need immediately. Though a few Spanish skills will help a lot.

This is the place you need to go to, to get the international health certificate for your pet.
We did the process today because we will cross the boarder to Uruguay in a couple of days.
In general you will need to book an appointment online (http://mascotas.senasa.gob.ar/) though in our case the website had an error. We went there in the morning without an appointment and it was no problem.

Make sure you first visit a vet in advance because the SENASA will need the health certificate issued by a vet. In case you want to go to Uruguay, you will also need a negative test for Leishmaniosis.

They only take credit or debit cards, no cash.

Here you get all your paperwork done to fly out to Europe. You need a copy of the passport of the owner, a copy of the rabies vaccination, interior and external parasites treatment. And all originals. As usual you need a health certificate from the vet. Furthermore you need to bring your dog because they have to check the chip number. The documents are valid for 10 days. The staff was really helpful and they know exactly what they have to do. We spent around half an hour there and all work were done.

This is the best Senasa to visit - they have their shit together and know the process. We were in and out within 20 minutes ..... and there’s a great restaurant next door when you’re done!

Get papers to enter Uruguay with your pet. You need rabies, cert De vacunas , cert De Salude, and certificado de Parásito. Visit the vet 10 days before you leave. They will get all the papers you need.
