We arrived Late with 2 RVs and asked for overnight parking. They wanted 200 $ from each of us so we decided to move forward. Price was not negotiable

No more water but camping is ok and dump station is ok ! Very easy to find!

As others have commented, the pool is dead. Until it gets cleaned etc the title should be changed ! Easy access for arrival and parking. Lots of trees ( tho not tall enough for big shade) that give it a good vibe. Pleasant family w 3 sheep, a few chickens ( and the requisite rooster wake up … that actually didn’t overdo his job!) toilet was fine We didn’t shower. Nice walk further down the road and into arroyo —which is drivable, btw.
Hassle free spot .

Stayed here for one night, knocked on the door of the house and then the owner showed us where to park and where the showers are.
Nice and quiet place. Showers and toilets look like they aren’t being used a lot anymore. Pool is also unusable (water is green) and no horses anymore. But for 150 pesos, we had a good night.

Spent a week at this place, spent lots of time in the area checking out Toto santos and surrounding areas. Caretaker and her 3 kids were real sweet and Luna the puppy slept outside our van every night. Toilet and shower was very Mexican but very functional and warm. Recommend the place. (Pool is not as advertised)

Pool now a mosquito magnet but it’s still a great place to park on your way out of Naranjos road, as options around Todos Santos are mostly RV parks. This is chill and has beautiful views of the surrounding area. Some road noise from hwy19 and local traffic. Lovely dogs to play with. Price asked for was now 150 pesos a night.

Nice chill property with a sweet caretaker family and sweet dogs. Doesn’t speak English much. The owner wasn’t here. No horses presently. Little bit of road noise. Otherwise quiet and calm. A relaxing space after coming over the mountains on the Naranjos road. Which is beautiful btw. Views of the ocean and Todos Santos. $150 for a night. Lots of flat and plenty of room.

150 Pesos now. It's a safe place to park for a night, but no hookups here. Sadly the amenities have gone downhill. Pool is no longer usable. The toilet was gross, had not been cleaned in ages. The sink was clogged, but the shower was nice. Wifi was weak, you need to be right next to the house to use it, will not work where you're parked. The owner was nice and so were his dogs. There was a dump station but we did not use it.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Los Cabos. Apparently the owner takes visitors again. We payed 100 pesos for a night. The pool was not usable anymore (quite dirty). Toilet and shower (with great pressure) as well as wifi was availble. The owner was friendly but cannot really speak.

great place with nice host... owner has informed us that she will not be accepting anymore over night camping at this time. Possibly in the future. Dump station still available. I'm leaving this review at her request....

This ranch is very sweet. There are horses and a very friendly owner who lives on site. Good wifi, pool, hot shower and bathroom. Not a lot of other nomads here so it’s very quiet and peaceful. View of the ocean and amazing sunset. Paid $100 pesos, and was very worth it to us. You can also pay to dump here.

This spot is awesome! The owner is very kind, there is a great pool, showers, laundry for 50mx and camping with a trailer is 100mx a night. For dumping is 100mx which he also added filling our tank with water. Views of ocean and mountains and yes you can hear the highway but it does not bother us. Our kids loved playing with the horses.

Beautiful ranch over looking the valley. They offer parking in their horse pasture. You get acces to their amazing pool and the pool-side bathroom and shower. $25 per week. I didn't inquire about the daily rate, but im sure it reasonable. Its a 10 minute drive to the waves at Cerritos Beach for surfing. For non-surfers , beach access is much closer. Good cell phone signal with Verizon/Telcell. Wifi is available. Washing machine is available if you ask. Entire property is for sale. 1 Hectare with 2 house and pool for $500k US
