We stayed a nightingale the Milford Lions campground. There are only 5 sites but each is huge. A couple of water spigots in the campground and a dump station beside. Unfortunately, they don’t accept cash - there is a QR code to scan and download an app to pay similar to etransfer. A large dumpster is located just down the road 1/2 block towards the grocery store.
