Description
This travel stop is big with plenty of parking. I asked the groundskeepers if it was ok to stay and they said sure. Said that the guy at the end of the parking area has been there all summer. Picnic tables. Pet walk. Trash cans (always good to know for a boondocker).

No problem staying the night in my camper van. A few other camper vans were there. Toilets were clean.
Report Check-InI don’t see any signs, so I’m staying overnight at this very nice rest area, Allegeny. The rest rooms and visitor center are sparkling clean and beautiful. Many NYS rest stops have signs prohibiting dogs. This one has a nice dog walk area. Update: I had no trouble at all staying overnight.
