Description
After a night's visit to the Itapu Dam (only on Friday and Saturday), we asked the guards if it was possible to park overnight.
Very large parking with kids playground.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Report Check-Inwe arrived at the visitors centre at 3.30pm which apparently was too late to get camping at the refuge so they made some calls they told us to come here and that we had permission. Security were very friendly but were confused by this and insisted on making phone calls at 10pm to confirm that we actually did have permission. it's just a car park next to a family park that closes at 9.30pm with showers and toilets that stayed open all night and WiFi.
Report Check-InIt is open only till 10pm. So no overnighting possible. But they have (slow) wifi and paid toilets and showers. However, you are not allowed to cook there. all guards went crazy when they saw our propane bottle 😀 we ended up cooking on our little trekking portable stove 😀

Report Check-InIt's a very nice place, but not for overnight anymore as they told me. You can either stay right at the entrance until 10pm or you drive through to the playa where you can stay at 7pm. Surprisingly very fast internet without password (but with registration). Great place to spend some hours during the day, just before they close you will need to leave.
Report Check-InLa entrada esta vigilada y eso evita que se llene de coches con la musica a todo volumen, de hecho, por la noche no hay nadie. Hay agua potable en canillas que rodean el aparcamiento. Es un magnifico sitio para pasar la noche solo hay que pedir permiso en la entrada
